Product

Noble vegetable oil from Argentine peanut

Crude Peanut Oil is obtained by mechanical pressing of selected Argentine High Oleic and Mid-Oleic peanuts, without the use of organic solvents in the extraction. The result is a vegetable oil with a high oleic profile (65–85%) and low acid value, marketed unrefined to industrial customers who run their own neutralisation, bleaching and deodorisation processes.

Argentina concentrates confectionery- and oilseed-grade peanut production with complete agronomic traceability. This raw material supplies edible-oil refineries, biodiesel plants and fine oleochemistry projects that require a stable fatty acid profile, free of residual solvents above international limits.

How it's made

Natural pressing, solvent-free

1. Raw material selection. Argentine High Oleic and Mid-Oleic peanut batches are received with prior analysis of moisture, aflatoxins and mechanical damage. Only grain that meets food-safety parameters proceeds to pressing.

2. Mechanical pressing. Clean peanuts are cold- or warm-pressed in continuous expellers. Extraction is 100% mechanical: no hexane or other organic solvents are used, keeping residual solvent well below the 100 mg/kg limit.

3. Decantation and filtration. The crude oil is decanted to separate solids and filtered before dispatch. The resulting protein cake is marketed as peanut expeller for animal nutrition.

4. Bulk loading. The filtered oil is loaded into 21.5 mt flexitanks for sea export, with sampling and certificate of analysis per shipment.

Applications

Four buyer industries

Edible oil refining

Raw material for refineries producing edible peanut oil and premium blends. The high oleic profile delivers oxidative stability and extended shelf life in the refined product.

Biodiesel and HVO

Input for conventional biodiesel (FAME) and renewable diesel (HVO/HEFA). Low impurities and solvent-free composition simplify transesterification and catalytic hydrogenation.

Oleochemistry and cosmetics

Base for distilled fatty acids, esters, technical soaps and cosmetic formulations. High-oleic peanut is valued by the personal care and dermocosmetics industry.

Specialised food industry

Demand in high-performance industrial frying, snacks, sauces and gourmet products that require the characteristic peanut sensory profile and high thermal stability.
