Food industry
Certified organic input for confectionery, dairy, ice cream, preserves and dry mixes that require a traceable, non-GMO sugar compliant with international organic labels.
Sucrose · certified organic line
Certified organic cane sugar, obtained by evaporation of cane juice with no GMOs or irradiation, free from preservatives and allergens. Three polarisation grades for the food industry, baking, beverages and organic retail.
We trade certified organic cane sugar under a single logistics operation, in three polarisation grades: High Pol WSI (colour ≤ 450 IU) for organic retail and applications that demand maximum whiteness, High Pol Golden B (colour 800 IU) for industries that tolerate the amber tone characteristic of the organic line, and Low Pol (≤ 99.40 °Z, colour ≤ 1,400 IU) for industrial processes where colour is not critical.
The entire line comes from certified organic cane sugar juice: no GMOs are used in the crop or the process, there is no exposure to radiation or ionisation during processing, and the product is delivered free from preservatives and allergens. Shelf life is five years from the production date, and packaging ranges from 1,000 kg big bag for industry to 25 kg, 50 lb and 25 lb presentations for distribution and retail.
1. Organic harvest. Sugar cane is grown on certified organic estates, without synthetic fertilisers, prohibited agrochemicals or genetically modified seed. Harvest follows the traceability protocols required by the certification.
2. Milling and juice extraction. Incoming cane is washed and milled to extract the juice, which is clarified to remove fibres and suspended solids. The process avoids additives not permitted by the organic standard.
3. Evaporation and crystallisation. The clarified juice is concentrated by evaporation to a saturated syrup, from which sucrose crystallises. Crystals are separated by centrifugation and dried to moisture ≤ 0.10%.
4. Sorting, control and packaging. The product is sorted by polarisation and ICUMSA colour into three commercial grades (High Pol WSI, High Pol Golden B, Low Pol), checked against physicochemical and microbiological parameters, and packaged under Good Manufacturing Practices in 1,000 kg big bag, 25 kg bags or 50 lb and 25 lb presentations depending on destination.
Certified organic input for confectionery, dairy, ice cream, preserves and dry mixes that require a traceable, non-GMO sugar compliant with international organic labels.
High Pol WSI for fine doughs and products where whiteness matters; High Pol Golden B for rustic baking, specialty breads and formulations that value the natural tone of organic sugar.
Use in soft drinks, juices, ready-to-drink infusions, plant-based beverages and prepared coffee under a certified organic line. High polarisation and low colour enable stable formulations with a clean mouthfeel.
25 kg, 50 lb and 25 lb presentations for distributors, private labels and specialised organic and health-food channels, with documentation suitable for destination-market certification programmes.
1,000 kg big bag for industrial export programmes to European, North American and Latin American markets that require certified organic sugar with full per-lot traceability.
Typical values from the current technical data sheet, presented per commercial grade. Shipment-specific analytical values are provided with dispatch documentation.
