El buyer retira the mercadería en plant or acopio Paraguayan. Sul Maquila no se hace cargo de carga, transport ni despacho customs. Es the modalidad con menor responsabilidad of the seller; recomendada for buyeres con logistics propia en PY.
FCA — Free Carrier (Franco transportista)
Sul Maquila entrega the mercadería to the transportista designado por el buyer, en un punto convenido (plant, acopio or terminal). Incluye el despacho de export. Útil for buyeres que contratan su propia barcaza or camión internacional.
FOB — Free On Board (Libre a bordo)
Sul Maquila entrega the mercadería a bordo of the buque or barcaza en port Paraguayan (Villeta, Falcon or Encarnación). Incluye despacho de export, tasas portuarias and carga to the buque. El flete marítimo / river and el seguro corren por cuenta of the buyer. Es el Incoterm más usado en commodities bulk.
CFR — Cost and Freight (Costo and flete)
Sul Maquila covers todo lo de FOB más el flete marítimo hasta el port de destination convenido. El seguro corre por cuenta of the buyer. Útil when el buyer prefiere que the shipping line the coordine el seller but quiere request a quote su propio seguro.
CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight (Costo, seguro and flete)
Sul Maquila covers todo lo de CFR más el seguro de the carga durante el tránsito hasta el port destination. Es the modalidad más complete for entrega en port destination sin que el buyer deba contratar nada por separado.
DAP — Delivered at Place (Entregado en lugar)
Sul Maquila entrega the mercadería en un lugar acordado of the país de destination, lista for descarga. Cubre todos the costos hasta ese punto, excepto the rights de import and trámites customs of the país buyer.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid (Entregado con rights pagados)
Modalidad con máxima responsabilidad of the seller: includes also the rights de import en destination. Disponible bajo inquiry for destinations específicos.
Para largeos bulk (soybean, corn, sorghum, wheat, DDGS) → habitualmente FOB Villeta/Asunción or CFR port destination. Es el estándar en commodities.
Para aceites en flexitanque (soybean desgomado, girasol, maní, corn técnico) → FOB or CIF, according to preference of the buyer.
Para products en bolsa (chia, sesame, rice, sugar) → CFR or CIF port destination tienden a ser más howdos for el buyer, especially en markets de Asia and MENA.
Para minerals industryl (bentonita, cal, dolomita, carbonatos) → according to volume and destination: largeel terrestre EXW/FCA for Mercosur cercano, FOB / CIF for ultramar.
